What it actually costs us to ship

Shipping costs vary based on the distance shipped, package size, and weight, but it generally costs us between $6.50 and $11. It is difficult for us to charge a unique rate for each order so we charge the average. See our standard shipping rates below. We ship all orders via USPS select ground, which is the most economical option for us and for you. Shipping is not a profit center for us; we charge what we need to in order to get your soap to you.

Ways to save on shipping

• Free pickup — pick up your order at our shop in Ashfield, MA at no charge.
• Western Mass local delivery — $2.00 with a verified address code. Contact us to confirm your address and get a code.
• Order in Bulk — ordering more bars reduces the shipping cost per bar.
• Buy local — not only does this save on shipping, it also supports the local economy. You can find Just Soap retailers here. If you know of a local store that you would like to see carry Just Soap, please contact us here.

Below is a breakdown of our shipping rates for the continental US. Our standard shipping is sent via USPS select ground and is tiered by order subtotal:

Order in Bulk!

Shipping large orders does not cost much more than small orders. So ordering more bars at once brings the per-bar shipping cost down dramatically.

Ordering 5 bars costs $7.50 to ship, or $1.50 per bar. Ordering 30 bars costs only $9.00, or just $0.30 per bar! This is a lot of soap, but if you plan ahead or order with friends, it can lead to substantial savings. Additionally, shipping, fewer packages is better for the environment!
